Mr. KONG John is a practising certified public accountant of Hong Kong, member of the Society of Chinese Accountants and Auditors, member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute and a member of the Taxation of Hong Kong. He has experience in accounting and auditing services for more than 30 years.

Mr. Kong worked for International auditing firm and multi-national manufacturing company in the past and formed J Kong & Co. since year 1997 to provide auditing and taxation service. Besides, Hang Cheuk Secretaries Limited was formed to provide accounting and company secretarial services.

Company Profile

We provide wide range of services such as company formation, accounting, annual auditing services, company renewal, company secretarial services and company dissolution etc. A person who carries on or wishes to carry on trust or company service business such as company formation, acting as company secretary and providing registered office address in Hong Kong is required to apply for a Trust or Company Service Provider (“TCSP”) Licence in Hong Kong since 1 March 2018. We are a registered TCSP service provider and our TCSP licence number is: TC005087.

Our staffs were equipped with accredited professional qualifications and experience in various industries, such as certified public accountant, member of Taxation Institute of Hong Kong and member of The Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute to help our client with their needs.
